Nicole Y. Drew is a licensed attorney in Maryland and the District of Columbia with nearly 15 years of legal experience. She brings a holistic, solutions-driven approach to client advocacy and is committed to delivering strategic, personalized counsel.

Nicole served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, where she litigated criminal domestic violence cases in D.C. Superior Court. She also spent over a decade at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), where she handled a broad range of labor and employment matters, including claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and collective bargaining disputes. Her work also encompassed employment-related technology and governance issues.

Early in her federal career, she was selected as a Presidential Management Fellow, the federal government’s premier leadership development program. Following her federal service, Nicole practiced at a D.C.-based boutique law firm, representing individuals and nonprofit organizations in employment-related matters.

Nicole has a strong commitment to community engagement. She is an active member of the legal community and professional legal associations, including the Franklyn Bourne Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee of the Estate and Trust Law Section.

Nicole holds a J.D. from North Carolina Central University School of Law and also a Master of Laws degree from The George Washington University Law School, with a focus on Intellectual Property.
